Jay-Z will soon be evicted from his $27 million pad he's been renting in New York. The current owner, Michael Hirtenstein, wants to sell the luxury New York City apartment and reap a nice $11.3 million profit.

Jay-Z will struggle to find a new home to match the criteria his current pad boasts - as well as a private terrace and its own library, it has a telescopic view of his girlfriend Beyonce Knowles' apartment across Central Park.

Jay-Z who was paying $40,000 a month - was given his eviction notice but he is reportedly moving into a 6.85 million penthouse he's been renovating for the past 2 years. (Source: Starpulse)
