FAITH EVANS IS PREGNANT: BET says singer had to cancel ‘Celebration of Gospel’ appearance because OBGYN put her on bed rest.
*Faith Evans was due to perform on BET’s “Celebration of Gospel” taping next weekend in Los Angeles, but the R&B singer had to cancel per doctor’s orders because she is pregnant.
According to BET, Evans’ doctor has ordered her on bed rest until the birth of the baby. The due date has not been reported.
This is the fourth child for the Grammy-winning widow of The Notorious B.I.G. Chyna Evans, her daughter with Kiyamma Griffin, was born in 1993. Christopher Jordan Wallace, fathered by Biggie, was born in 1996; while Joshua Russaw was born in 1998 with father Todd Russaw.
Hosted by Steve Harvey, BET’s “Celebration of Gospel” will includeappearances and performances by Tyler Perry, Kirk Franklin, Fantasia, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Fred Hammond, Smokie Norful, Coko and more.
