Miss Ris low gave up her Miss Singapore World title and replaced by Miss Pilar Carmelita Anastasia Arlando. Miss Pilar Arlando has Chinese, Indian, Portugese and Dutch genes. She looks more adorable and presentable than Miss Ris Low. She speaks fluently in English. I think she knocked-out (KO) Ms Ris Low at any single way. But is she Singaporean enough to represent the country because she know nothing about Singapore.
