Katie Price denies her friend Amir Khan's claims that she dumped Leandro for boxer's best friend

Just when things were starting to look serious for Katie Price and yet another new man, her romance has been delivered a blow.
The model's good friend Amir Khan stunned followers on Twitter by posting a series of messages yesterday claiming that she had dumped her current squeeze Leandro Penna for Khan's best friend.
The boxer and Saj Mohamed, a member of his team, have filled their social networking feeds in recent days with posts about Miss Price, with Saj, 23, even claiming: 'Katie is and will always b the love of my life.'
Olympic boxer Khan, 24, wrote: 'Wow jus got a msg, y katie price broke up with her new bf, mr @saj23x cud be the cause of it, I think they both made for each other. (sic)'
But Katie, 32, hit back this morning, saying that she has only met Saj twice before and that there was no truth to his claims.
After issuing a denial on Twitter, Katie put on a display of unity with Leandro this morning.
The couple held hands tightly as she arrived, hair still in curlers, at BBC Radio 2 ahead of a day of promotion for her new reality series.
The day didn't get off to the best start with Price missing her first interview with BBC Breakfast after being stuck in traffic.
She earlier rubbished Amir's claims that his friend and the reality star had enjoyed liasons in London and that after a 'lengthy conversation,' would be making an announcement about their relationship.
Khan also claimed that Mohamed was shopping in a jewellery store for a gift for Katie - all of which now appears to be fantasy.
The whole saga kicked off last week when Mr Mohamed lashed out at Leandro Penna, 25, on Twitter.
Seemingly continuing a previous exchange on the social networking site, he wrote to the Argentinian model on March 15: 'What you did last night was wrong, First rule coming to england.... show some respect you little b****!
He added: 'I've never said a bad thing about him or to him.... and he insulted me for no apparent reason in his own language.. that really got me vexed!'
The following day, Saj appeared amused when the Daily Mirror printed his cross words, and, perhaps eager to live up to his newly raised profile, continued the Twitter rant.

10 lakh people don't make a hit: SRK, Shah rukh khan

Shah Rukh Khan has been one of the most active Bollywood celebs on social networking site Twitter.

However, the star has been out of action since sometime now. Many would be content in believing that the Khan is inactive as he has no projects to promote and will be back as soon as his films near release. But the real story is very different from the common assumption.

In a recent interview when enquired about his absence from micro-blogging, Shah Rukh explained, "As an actor and as a celebrity, I often come across people who look into my eye and ask me embarrassing questions at press conferences. However, I don't have any option other than putting up a smiling face and replying to the questions even if I am upset or angry.

"It has been happening since 20 years and it happened even during my interactions on Twitter. But I am socially inept, I don't know how to handle relationships and am not very good at dealing with such questions and therefore I thought it would be best to quit," said Khan.

SRK also said that he was having a great time while on Twitter and thought it's great to deal one on one with his fans, until some people started posting crazy questions and comments. Relating one such instance SRK said, "There were comments that 'Oh he only comes on Twitter when he wants to promote his films'. Well with all due respect to everyone, I want to say that 8-10 lakh do not make a film hit."

But SRK also confirmed that he would go back to Twitter someday and as usual talk about life.

Priety Zinta came back sad and deprived from Shirdi: Preity Zinta

Unlike her fellow actor Shilpa Shetty who was "at peace" after her visit to Shirdi recently, Preity Zinta has returned with unpleasant memories of being pushed by the media in the pilgrim town.

"Good morning! Went to Shirdi yesterday and came back with memories of media pushing me instead of the serene face and energy of Sai Baba (sic)," an irritated Preity posted on her Twitter page.

The 36-year-old actor is quite displeased with the mad rush for celebrities even at a place of pilgrimage and is upset that she couldn't even pray properly.

"I wonder why r temples have become so commercial? Why A temple trustee's urge 2 b photographed with a celebrity is entertained by media? In front of god, we bare ourselves and look to purify our soul. Instead of feeling uplifted i came back feeling sad and deprived from Shirdi.

"In the rut to make anything news, have we forgotten to respect god and someone's genuine devotion? I fold my hands to the media and request dem 2 Respect us and respect GOD! Not every celebrity goes 2 a temple 4 Tamasha! Some genuinely go 2 pray and 2 disturb them then is BAD KARMA," she added.

Preity has been off the big screen for sometime now. Her last full-fledged role was in "Heroes" in 2008.

Fake PM, Sonia profiles flood Twitter, Facebook

"JPC might include Isro and Adarsh Scams. Congress has nothing to hide because what's hidden will never be found." This is what a tweet by " Sonia Gandhi " says. But hold your breath, this is fake. There are several such postings one can find from sham accounts of politicians and top celebrities on popular social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

And it seems these sites have emerged as a nuisance for some top leaders, especially the Congress president and prime minister Manmohan Singh . There are a number of accounts in both Twitter and Facebook in the name of Sonia and the prime minister whose tweets from their fake accounts are based on alleged corruption in 2G spectrum allocation, S-band deal, Commonwealth Games and Adarsh Society.

A posting on one of Sonia's fake twitter accounts says, "After careful evaluation of outcome, Congress high council has agreed for JPC. We have nothing to hide." Another tweet from her says, "Most countries make people poor through taxes. We make people like Kalmadi rich. That's what makes us so wonderful."

A tweet from an account named after prime minister Singh says, "Madam ji, Left can never be right ji. Purulia can never be Rae Barreily ji."

Christina Aguilera flubs The National Anthem

The Star-Spangled Banner can be a notoriously difficult song to sing, with its broad range and piercing high notes. But usually, the lyrics work out just fine.

At the opening of Super Bowl XLV, less than a minute into the song, Christina Aguilera messed up the words to the national anthem.

Instead of "O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming," Ms. Aguilera belted out, "What so proudly we watched at the twilight's last reaming." That line was a repeat of one she'd already sung a few seconds earlier, except with some personal embellishments, like her replacement of the word "gleaming" with "reaming."

Ms. Aguilera's flub was seen by tens of millions of viewers. Twitter was immediately abuzz with talk of her mistake, and by the third quarter her Wikipedia page was changed to reflect that she made a mistake.

While it may be of little comfort to Ms. Aguilera, her slip-up was less dramatic than some recent Super Bowl displays, most notably at the 2004 halftime show when Justin Timberlake tore off Janet Jackson's top at the end of their performance. And Ms. Aguilera's mistake is less likely to end up in court, as Ms. Jackson's episode did, when the courts struck down a Federal Communications Commission fine against the network that broadcast the performance.
