girls in {tinted} dresses

Who says you have to wear white on your wedding day? Here are a few of my favorite tinted dresses that rise to the occasion....

Badgely Mischka took a tinsle-town approach in 2007. Notice the starry accent at the back of the dress at the top.

Grey makes a great foundation for a vibrant palette. Add yellow or pink or navy for a stunning pop of color.

I just can't get over this dress from the movie, Atonement. The color, though bold, is versitile. It would work for an evening, outdoor wedding on a steamy, summer night (add pink or turquoise, or both!). Or for a fall, city wedding on a rooftop. You could even wear it for a new-years-eve wedding- glam it up with lots of sparkle on your wrists, in your ears, and in your hair. Whatever the occasion, the wearer will be sure to turn some heads!

This is the JCrew Kate dress. It is retro yet delicate- it really could be worn as a bride's maid dress as well. The light blush color makes it a great color for a winter wedding- add a white, fur-trimmed cape or a long, sheer coat for a stunning effect.
