Christina Hendricks Is New Vivienne Westwood Spokesmodel

The gorgeous actress from MAD MEN  series!! one of my favorites i have to add!
is teaming up with Vivienne Westwood to promote the designer's "Get a Life" palladium jewelry collection.

The collection is being touted as eco-friendly, because palladium, a white metal in the platinum family, is derived from nature. Westwood chose to exploit the relationship to nature by featuring such items as acorns, leaves and oak trees in her design.
"Get a Life is about how we stop climate change and therefore preserve life for the next generation while at that same time get a better life," Westwood said in a release.
"My focus at the moment is what one person can do. Stop climate change. Save the planet. The acorn is symbolic of the rainforest, its importance and how it is our first duty to save it."

The jewelry collection is available in
Vivienne Westwood boutiques in London and Los Angeles.

London Fashion Week Fall 2011- Vivienne Westwood Red Label

Vivienne Westwood a designer who has no boundaries showcased Her Fall 2011 collection at London Fashion Week. Keeping to her British roots Vivienne Westwood went for victorian gothic with some crazy hats and hair do's.

Westwood gives the audience a taste of London style in her Red Label collection, which style.com referred to a day in Portobello (The eclectic Britishness to be observed around Portobello Market on an average Saturday)

Twisted and tailored suits were among the collection as well as multi-coloured pleats and preppy styled outfits. The smudged make up gave the collection a 'I don't care what I look like' look, got you more excited to look at the designs.

I see a model is wearing a Comic relief Red nose day t-shirt. Absolutely adore Vivienne Westwood she's inspirational.

Paris Fashion Week: Vivienne Westwood

Fall 2008 Ready to Wear

I always love to see what Vivienne Westwood comes up with, the collections are so much fun to watch and never boring. Overall the collection isn't really wearable but that's not what I expect from her anyway. Nonetheless there are some nice individual pieces.
