Rajinikanth’s Warning To Muscular Villain!!

When superstar Rajinikanth takes a decision on few things, no one in the Indian cinema circuit can dare say no to it. Then one can imagine how a muscular villain who is known for his powerful roles will go against him. As expected, even the villain had to tame down before the superstar.

Well, we are talking about Sonu Sood who is playing the lead villain in the new movie ‘Rana’. Sources say this is a period action film which is on the lines of the Hollywood blockbuster ‘300’ and Rajini’s role is on the lines of Gerard Butler. Now, it is heard that Rajini has given a strict instruction to Sonu.

Apparently, Rajini & co want Sonu to tone down his muscles but then Sonu is in a fix since he is doing the role of a very tough cop in Puri Jagannadh’s ‘Buddha’ which requires him to be completely fit. However, the chiseled hunk reportedly said that Rajini is a legend and recalled that he had no intentions of doing negative roles after ‘Dabangg 2’ but the superstar insisted. Sonu quips about what would happen if one says ‘no’ to Rajini.

Madhuri says no to Rajnikanth

MUMBAI: This season everyone in Bollywood fell prey to the charms of the 44-year-old Madhuri Dixit who flew in from the US to judge a dance reality show on television.

Besides the Khans, Kapoors and Kumars who poured praises in Mads' honour, the other man who was reportedly enamoured with her is the Tamil megastar Rajnikanth. Madhuri and Rajni have done Uttar Dakshin in 1987.

TOI announced just a few days ago that when Rajni came calling to Mumbai for one night he did attempt to meet a few Bollywood stars.

A distributor says, "Besides casting Deepika Padukone and Sonu Sood from Mumbai, Rajni Sir was also keen to have Madhuri Dixit in Rana. However she turned down the offer. She excused herself saying that she was missing her sons Arin and Raayan too much and wanted to fly back to the United States." Rana as everyone knows has Rajni in a triple role. Madhuri naturally would be cast opposite one of the older characters that Rajni is playing; whereas the 25-year-old Deepika will romance the younger character.

Sonu Sood to act with Rajni, Big B

Sonu Sood is kicked about the fact that he is doing two movies back to back with Rajnikant and Amitabh Bachchan.

"Through the months of March and April I will be shooting Buddha with Amitji and Rana with Rajnikant," says the actor. Sonu, who like most people in films holds these actors in the highest regard, also says, "It may sound ridiculous.

However, I may as well call this shooting spell a time spent in prayer. Amitji and Rajni sir are institutions in their own right; just to be able to spend time on a set with these superstars is a kind of penance."
