Synopsis: A young woman (Gomez), her uptight step sister (Leighton Meester) and her best friend (Katie Cassidy) use their savings for a long anticipated dream trip to Paris, which turns out to be a big disappointment. When they decide to take a break from their lousy tour and duck into the lobby of a luxury hotel, one of them is mistaken for a spoiled British heiress. Before they get the chance to reveal their true identities they are wrapped up in misadventures during a vacation to Monte Carlo instead.

The flick, also starring Cory Monteith and Pierre Boulanger, hits theaters on July 1st!

Selena Gomez: 'Leighton Meester Does Such a Good Job'

Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy all glitter in golds in this new pic from their upcoming film, Monte Carlo.
The 18-year-old actress chatted with USA Today about the feature film, which opens in theaters this summer.
Selena admits, “Accent training was the hardest thing on top of learning lines.” She’ll play two characters in the movie — British socialite Cordelia Winthrop Scott and Grace, the doppleganger.
She also shared nothing but praise for on-screen sister, Leighton. “Leighton does such a good job, and I can’t wait for people to see her in a different light.”
