Lindsay Lohan Poses – as Marilyn Monroe

Shedding her clothes for the cause, Lindsay Lohan paid homage to the legendary Marilyn Monroe by recreating the late star’s final nude photo-shoot.

For the shoot, which was done by famed photographer Bert Stern (who also shot Monroe’s ‘The Last Sitting’ in 1962), Lohan stripped off her duds, donning a blonde Marilyn wig for the sexy New York magazine spread.

Covering up at times with see-through scarfs, LiLo previously said that she was “comfortable” with the nude shoot, but confessed to doing 250 sit ups the night before as a final preparation.

“I was comfortable with it… I didn’t have to put much thought into it. I mean, Bert Stern? Doing a Marilyn shoot? When is that ever going to come up? It’s really an honor,” Lohan tells.

Lohan also compared Marilyn Monroe and Heath’s Ledger’stragic deaths, saying: “They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone… I don’t know. I’m not them. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”-celebrity-gossip.net/

Fast forward 46 years and New York Magazine has attempted to duplicate this montage with Lohan as the centerpiece. Why is the publication comparing the Firecrotch Queen to the iconic actress? It’s unclear. Each celebrity is known for sleeping around, of course. And each has dabbled in the occasional drug.
