Manny Pacquiao vs Shane Mosley Undercard Fights and Schedule

We all know that the much-awaited fight of pound-for-pound boxing champ Manny Pacquiao against American boxer Shane Mosley will be held on May 8, 2011 (Philippine Time). But what is the exact time that the WBO Welterweight fight of Pacquiao and Mosley would start?

According to reports, the event will start at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 7. Since we are in the Philippines where our time is 13 hours ahead than EST, we only need to add an hour in our current time and change p.m. to a.m. or vice versa. And so, the Pacquiao-Mosley fight will start at 10 a.m. in the Philippines on May 8.

But then there are still undercard fights before the main fight. As in previous fights of Pacquiao, we still have to wait until around noontime to witness the main event, the Pacquiao vs Mosley Tale of the Tape WBO welterweight fight.

Pier Cote (14-0) vs. Aris Ambriz (15-1-1)

Kelly Pavlik (36-2) vs. Alfonso Lopez (21-0)

Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. (20-0-1) vs. Jorge Arce (56-6-2), WBO Jr Featherweight belt

Mike Alvarado (29-0) vs. Ray Narh (25-1), Light welterweights

Manny Pacquiao to globally release 'Sometimes When We Touch' on April 28

Boxing champ, Manny Pacquiao is starting a new career! :D

Before his fight against Shane Mosley on May 7, Filipino pound-for-pound champ is to release a recording of Dan Hill's "Sometimes When We Touch". It's the same song he sang during his "Jimmy Kimmel Live" guesting in the US in 2009. Here's the said guesting courtesy of Youtube:



Manny Pacquaio recorded the song with Dan Hill who was wowed by the boxer's performance of his song.

"I was immediately drawn by the honesty and the gentleness of his performance. It was like 'wow'," Hill told Reuters.

Among the artists who already released a version of the song were Tina Turner, Tammy Wynette, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow and Engelbert Humperdinck.

According to reports, Pacquiao's "Sometimes When We Touch" will be released globally on April 28, 2011. :D

Manny Pacquiao's LA Mansion, featured on MTV Cribs

The show that showcases fabulous homes in the US, including houses of our favorite Hollywood celebs, featured the luxury house in Los Angeles of Pound-for-Pound Champion Manny Pacquiao. MTV Cribs, the show's title, had this special episode last Saturday.

In an interview by Saksi (GMA7), Manny Pacquiao said that he did not intend to show off but was just trying to be kind and generous to the Music Channel after they asked him permission to feature his 5-bedroom house in the show.

Manny Pacquiao is the first Filipino to have appeared on the show.
