Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has refuted reports that her debut film Boom will be re-released in a DVD with never seen before intimate scenes involving her and co-star Gulshan Grover.
"That is not true. It is false information. The rights of the DVD are with Hindujas and it remains with them. They are not distributing or re-distributing it," said Katrina.
Recently, a distributor claimed to be re-release Boom with never seen before explicit footage featuring her and Grover in UK, USA and the Gulf region saying that the movie did not get its due when it released as it was ahead of its time.
Speculations were rife that Katrina's lip-locking scenes with Grover were chopped off from the film's initial DVD as her beau Salman Khan had compelled the makers to do away with the kissing portion.
Besides Grover and Katrina, Boom featured Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Padma Lakshmi, Madhu Sapre and Zeenat Aman.
Directed by filmmaker Kaizad Gustad, the film sought to exhibit the glamour world's connection with the underworld. However, it failed miserably at the box-office.
With gossip mills abuzz that she would be part of Aditya Chopra's Dhoom 3 opposite actor Aamir Khan and Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine, the 26-year-old actress said, "These are all rumours that go around and speculate. I have no idea about the film offers."
"I am working on Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Besides that there are no other films in hand," added Katrina, who is endorsing Lux's new variant 'Lux Fresh Splash'.

Hrithik has a fan in Aamir
He plays 'guru' and Godfather to many in the business, and to think that one of the finest actors in Bollywood needs a guru is kinda unbelievable.
Well, it is true...Aamir has found himself a new guru. Blame it on his penchant for perfection if you please, Aamir leaves no stone unturned to get his act right. We recently spotted him at the launch of Sussanne Roshan's new store and asked him about his preparations for Dhoom 3. He promptly said, "I want to take tips from Hrithik.
He's a great actor". For those who are missing the point, Aamir is going to take over as the baddie in Dhoom 3, which was superbly essayed by Hrithik in Dhoom 2. So, none better than the Roshan boy can train him in the perfect bad-boy act (even if a lip-lock is missing in this one). Well AK, we know you are the 'God of Acting', etc (as labeled by some lovelies in B-town), but one thing we'll sorely miss in Dhoom 3 is Hrithik's Greek God good-looks. You can't match that one, can you?

Abhishek does a Salman
If all goes well, and with his mother Jaya Bachchan's permission, Abhishek Bachchan would be taking off his shirt for the first time in Dhoom 3. For this, he has met two of the top physical trainers in LA earlier this week.
Says a source, "With the help of these two renowned trainers who have worked on the physique of a number of iconic Hollywood stars Abhishek hopes to build his self-confidence (read: muscles) enough to appear bare-chested on the screen for the first time in Dhoom 3." There's just one hitch.
Abhishek's mom Jaya is strictly against her son appearing bare-chested on screen. Until Abhishek convinces her that it's fine to do so no amount of muscle-power would persuade him to take the shirtless plunge.
At the moment he's in LA with with his fingers crossed. Says a source close to Abhishek, "Ash and Abhishek have taken some time off together in LA for various reasons.
Yes, he has met two trainers. They're flying back to India on Saturday night."

B-Town Ladies Fight It Out for Bad Boy Aamir, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra
Katrina, Priyanka and Deepika are at loggerheads to star opposite Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3.
With Aamir playing the baddie in the sequel; the race is now on to find him that perfect leading lady.
We wonder why Kareena Kapoor isn't in the running too? Coz she's doing Reema Katgi's film with the actor.
The role, which boasts of extreme stunt mania, will only be given to the one who deserves it the most.
While Priyanka with her action background is the obvious choice, Deepika's sporty image will also work in her favour. Having proved her worth with films like Don and Drona, Priyanka is for the race earlier than the other two.
Barbie doll Katrina, if chosen, will have to do some serious ground work. With no action films to her credit, the actress could surely use a change of image and kick some serious butt.
All we have to say is, may the best girl win...

Uday Chopra welcomes Aamir Khan to 'Dhoom'
Bollywood actor Uday Chopra, best remembered for his role as Ali in the "Dhoom" franchise, has extended a warm welcome to Aamir Khan, who is on board to play a baddie in its third edition.
"Heres welcoming @aamir_khan to the Dhoom madness. Maybe he teaches us a few things or then again maybe we do (sic)," Uday posted on his Twitter page Saturday.
Aamir has come in after John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan respectively played the smart thief in the first and second movie of the franchise.
Uday and Abhishek Bachchan would continue to be the permanent feature in the franchise. While Uday plays Ali, Abhishek essays the role of inspector Jai Dixit.
Produced by Aditya Chopra, "Dhoom 3" will be written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, popularly known as Victor. The movie's shooting will begin this year-end and it is slated for a 2012 Christmas release.
