Drake Bell: Filming 'Fairly Odd Parents' Was Like A Reunion

Drake Bell jazzes up the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards with a bright pink tie at the USC Galen Center over the weekend in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actor and KCA veteran chatted with JJJ on the orange carpet about his upcoming Nickelodeon movie, The Fairly Odd Parents, opposite Daniella Monet.
Drake shared, “Filming was amazing. We got to go up to Vancouver and have some fun. I’ve known Savage Holland, the director, for years and grew up working with him. Just to take a fun show and franchise and turn it into live action is great. I love my character, Timmy, and to just make this with Daniella was great. Destinee & Paris: New Single Coming Soon!

Destinee and Paris hit up the at the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (April 2) in Los Angeles.
The sisters, both wearing Brian Lichtenberg, sat right by Motown legend Stevie Wonder before heading back to the green room backstage to hang out with several nominees and winners.
If you’re watching American Idol this season, you may have seen Destinee and Paris lending background vocals to several of the contestants and look out for them on the upcoming show, The Dance Scene, premiering April 10th on E!

Willow Smith: KCA 2011 Performance!

The 10-year-old musician performed a mash-up of her two hit songs, “Whip My Hair” and “21st Century Girl!”

In addition to Willow performing, big brother Jaden also took home the award for Favorite Movie forThe Karate Kid!

Nathan Kress & Noah Munck: iCarly Wins Fave TV Show!

The cast of iCarly celebrates winning Favorite TV Show on stage at the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (April 2) in Los Angeles.
On the orange carpet, Nathan Kress told us that he was hoping for another win — and they got it!
Noah Munck, who co-hosted the pre-show with Daniella Monet, was also nominated for Favorite Sidekick against costar Jennette McCurdy, who took home the award.

Cody Simpson - KCA 2011 Orange Carpet

Cody Simpson hits the orange carpet at the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (April 2) in Los Angeles.
The 14-year-old singer is going on tour with Greyson Chance and told us that “it’s going to be a great show. Especially since Greyson and I have different types of musical style. I’m excited to get on the road.”
Cody is most excited for stops in Chicago and Orlando because he’s never been to those cities.

 

 

 

Jennette McCurdy - KCA Favorite Sidekick!

Jennette McCurdy sparkles on the red carpet at the 2011 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (April 2) in Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old actress wore a Theia dress and paired it with Sergio Rossi heels.
Jennette took home the award for Favorite Sidekick for her work on iCarly, which picked up the award for Favorite TV Show!
Jennette joined her castmates Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Kress, Noah Munck, andJerry Trainor on stage to accept the award.
Jennette will be flying out to Las Vegas on Sunday (April 3) to attend the Academy of Country Music Awards.
