The tab calls the securing of Smith as a judge on the singing competition show a “massive coup.”

According to the Mirror, Cowell thinks Smith and purported judgeCheryl Cole “will be a brilliant formula” when the show begins in the U.S.

Really? That’s what Cowell thinks?

Funny, because a rep for Smith tells Gossip Cop exclusively that there is “no truth” to the story.

Smith is NOT going to be a judge on “X Factor.”
