Perez writes, “Check outthe previously unreleased This Dream Is Too Good!”
He adds, “The track is said to be Justin.”
But it’s NOT Bieber.
The singer’s manager tellsGossip Cop exclusively, “Hell no that isn’t Justin. Has everyone lost their minds!!??”
Not everyone – just Perez.
